My sweet friend Jennifer

This is my dear friend who at the age of 34 passed away last night.

Please be in prayer for her husband Pete and her twin sister Jessica and her parents these next few days. Jennifer had been battling breast cancer these past few years. Then these last few months it moved to her liver and last night, her battle ended.

Jennifer and her twin sister Jessica have been friends of mine since Kindergarten. We have been through more then most friendships go through....but I am grateful for that, because it made it stronger. And in the end, it was sweet!

Today, I wear a tee shirt that Jennifer gave me a while ago that says,
"I Wear Pink for Jennifer Uwarow, Proverbs 3:5-6"

Proverbs 3:5-6 says, "Trust in the Lord with all your heart, and lean not on your own understanding. In ALL your ways acknowledge Him, and He shall direct your paths."

I love you my friend, I will miss you, but I will find joy in knowing you are with your Maker and Redeemer and Heavenly Father. I can't wait to join you there one day! Praise God that He showed you grace these past few days and now He holds you in His arms...what a sweet thought!

3 Best Friends....Jessica, Jennifer and myself dressed in their mom's nightgowns as little girls.

Interested in reading her story, here is a link to her blog she wrote while battling cancer:
